Construction Superintendent

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for large‑scale EPC projects. You will ensure that all civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all on‑site construction disciplines, monitoring progress against the project schedule.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct daily toolbox talks, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, managing scope, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for seamless execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting issues, risks, and upcoming activities.
• Liaise with client representatives (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC) and inspection teams during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 13–15 years of construction supervision or superintendency experience on EPC projects.
• Significant experience on Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑discipline construction methods, standards, and interfaces.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
