Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology) – Clinical & Digital Care

About the role

The Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology) will deliver high‑quality ear, nose and throat care across both in‑person clinics and virtual platforms. You will lead comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses and evidence‑based treatment plans for acute and chronic ENT conditions while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough ENT examinations in physical and tele‑medicine settings.
• Interpret imaging, laboratory, audiological and vestibular test results.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow‑up plans, adjusting as needed.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in the EMR system.
• Coordinate referrals, advanced investigations and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, telemedicine regulations and accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI, SCFHS).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits and peer‑review processes.
• Educate patients on their conditions, preventive care and treatment adherence.

Required profile

• Active SCFHS licensure with up‑to‑date CME credits.
• Board‑certified or equivalent qualification in Otolaryngology.
• Proven experience in both clinic‑based and virtual ENT care.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centred care and clinical excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telemedicine platforms for remote consultations.
