Consultant Neurology

About the role

The National Medical Care Co. is seeking an experienced Consultant Neurology to deliver high‑quality inpatient and outpatient neurological care across its hospitals and clinics in Saudi Arabia. The role demands adherence to evidence‑based medicine, professional ethics, and local health regulations while providing clinical leadership within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic procedures for in‑patients and out‑patients.
• Lead multidisciplinary ward rounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with CBAHI/JCIA standards, Ministry of Health regulations, and hospital by‑laws.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, respond to emergencies, and coordinate referrals to appropriate facilities.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Supervise junior medical staff and drive performance‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of clinical experience in neurology (60 months indicated).
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a department’s quality plan.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous improvement.
