Consultant – Premium Residency (Riyadh)

About the role

The Premium Residency Consultant will deliver high‑quality advisory services for Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency programme. Working from the Riyadh office, you will manage end‑to‑end casework for corporate clients and their assignees, ensuring compliance, accuracy and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Premium Residency applications, from assessment and documentation to submission and follow‑up.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and assignees, providing clear guidance on processes, timelines and requirements.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and consultation calls for prospective applicants.
• Coordinate with internal teams and government entities to progress applications efficiently.
• Monitor case progress, proactively address delays and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate case records in internal systems and support timely billing by completing required milestones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in immigration, global mobility or PRO services within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience handling Premium Residency or complex immigration cases is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi immigration processes and government procedures.
• Excellent communication and client‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
