About the role

We are seeking a Content Lead – Education & Awareness to join Ibtdara’s team. The role focuses on translating complex topics, services and opportunities into clear, engaging, and educational content that resonates with a broad audience.

Key responsibilities

Develop and produce simple, compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, carousels, videos and campaign assets.
Interpret technical or detailed information and reshape it into easy‑to‑understand formats that educate the public.
Collaborate closely with internal experts to gather insights, experiences and knowledge for content creation.
Maintain a consistent brand voice that builds trust and awareness for Ibtdara.
Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategies to improve engagement.

Required profile

Fluent in both Urdu and English, with excellent written communication skills.
Proven ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
