About the role
We are seeking a Content Lead – Education & Awareness to join Ibtdara’s team. The role focuses on translating complex topics, services and opportunities into clear, engaging, and educational content that resonates with a broad audience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and produce simple, compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, carousels, videos and campaign assets.
- Interpret technical or detailed information and reshape it into easy‑to‑understand formats that educate the public.
- Collaborate closely with internal experts to gather insights, experiences and knowledge for content creation.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that builds trust and awareness for Ibtdara.
- Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategies to improve engagement.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Urdu and English, with excellent written communication skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
