About the role
The Contract Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, ensuring all agreements are prepared, reviewed, and coordinated efficiently. This role supports internal departments and external partners to maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather contract requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and clients on contract matters.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized contract records and filing systems.
- Generate contract status reports as needed.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Good understanding of procurement and contract processes.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
