Contracts Administration Support – Saudi National

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Contracts Administration Support professional who is a Saudi national to join its construction team. The role involves reviewing contractual documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting commercial aspects of large‑scale projects, including rail‑related works.

Key responsibilities

• Review and recommend revisions to all contractual documents and sub‑contractor agreements.
• Draft Letters of Agreements (LOAs) and handle post‑contract measurement and claim assessments.
• Participate in negotiation teams, explain positions and resolve business matters related to contracts.
• Monitor contract provisions, price change orders, and ensure contractual coverage is implemented.
• Prepare correspondence to clients and contractors for approvals and interpretations.
• Collaborate with procurement and project managers on subcontract matters and project expenditures.
• Review and approve design‑build contractor invoices and prepare project acceptance documents.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in contract administration for construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing contractual aspects, including negotiations of claims and variations.
• Experience with rail or rail‑related projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement requirements and contract compliance.
