About the role
Solana Living’s leasing team is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage EJAR contracts for over 1,300 residential and commercial properties in Riyadh. The role ensures contracts are issued, tracked, renewed and compliant with legal standards while supporting the overall leasing process.
Key responsibilities
- Issue, track, renew and authenticate EJAR contracts for all properties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comprehensive records of lease agreements, amendments and correspondence.
- Audit contracts regularly for compliance, identify discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Provide detailed reports on contract status, performance and trends to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Real Estate.
- At least 1 year of experience working with the EJAR system.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
