About the role
Parsons is seeking a Contracts & Claims Manager to oversee contractual compliance, claims administration, dispute resolution and risk management for its aviation terminal program. The role offers the chance to work within an innovative culture that empowers you to achieve your full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Administer construction contracts and related correspondence.
- Manage claims, variations and extensions of time submissions.
- Conduct contractual risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Support dispute resolution and negotiations.
- Review contractual obligations, notices and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, commercial and project controls teams.
- Ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of contracts and claims management experience on aviation projects.
- Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience on airport or major infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution.
