About the role

The Core Applications Demand Planning and Delivery Lead Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing demand planning methodologies, analysing business requirements and change requests, and ensuring alignment with the Authority’s IT strategy and enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement demand planning and management procedures based on leading practices.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements, new solutions and change requests.
Assess and prioritise requests in line with the Authority’s strategy and enterprise architecture.
Develop, monitor and track implementation plans for technical solutions and change requests.
Measure performance indicators, identify gaps and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Support change‑management and business‑transformation initiatives linked to technical solutions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT demand planning, change management or related fields.
