Principal Technical Deployment Strategist, Arabic Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Principal Technical Deployment Strategist who is fluent in Arabic to lead end‑to‑end AI‑enabled deployments for enterprise customers. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into scalable agentic AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer engagements – from identification and commitment through deployment, adoption and consumption.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy, lead design workshops, and architect solutions across Salesforce’s AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems.
• Manage program timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting.
• Drive adoption and consumption metrics, identify blockers early and implement remediation plans.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and keep delivery milestones on track.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer‑facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end‑to‑end and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.
• Experience designing AI/LLM solutions, conversation design and responsible AI practices.
• Project and programme management skills, able to run multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and Vibes.
