Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

About the role

Alpha Logistics is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Lawyer to join its Riyadh office. You will provide comprehensive legal counsel across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, ensuring the company operates within local and international legal frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation for the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and international laws.
• Handle legal disputes and support resolution of regulatory or governance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guide business operations and policy development.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law and Labour Law.
• Proficiency in legal research, document drafting and contract negotiation.
• Experience in compliance management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; Master’s (LLM) a plus.
• Admission to the Bar Association or equivalent certification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in logistics, transportation or related industry is advantageous.
