Corporate Lawyer – Commercial & M&A

About the role

We are seeking a driven Lawyer to join our corporate law team, focusing on complex commercial transactions, contracts, and dispute resolution. You will work closely with senior partners and regional clients, gaining exposure to high‑impact deals across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Provide precise legal recommendations for complex transactions and propose amendments to legal documents.
• Support due‑diligence processes and M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Manage legal files, track billable hours, and use document‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Write legal articles and newsletters for client communication.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputable law firms.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business law.
• Excellent Arabic drafting and communication; strong English skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
