Corporate Lawyer – Commercial Transactions & Litigation

About the role

Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is seeking a motivated Lawyer to join its corporate practice. You will work on high‑impact local and regional deals, providing legal drafting, advisory, and dispute‑resolution support to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Support due‑diligence activities and M&A transactions.
• Manage legal files, track billable hours, and use document‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Write legal articles and newsletters for client communication.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputable law firms.
• Strong command of Arabic legal drafting; English proficiency highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business law.
