Corporate Legal Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Corporate Legal Manager (Saudi Talent) will be based in Riyadh and act as the primary legal business partner for Daikin Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Daikin Europe Legal Team, the role supports commercial objectives while managing legal risk across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as sales, service, turnkey, supplier and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal advice to Sales, Procurement, Marketing and other functions on contract terms, obligations, risks and compliance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia and advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Implement and manage internal compliance programmes, including anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption training.
• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel and reporting status to Daikin Europe N.V.
• Deliver proactive legal advice, assist in policy development and support business leaders in risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop the local Legal Department, fostering a high‑performing, business‑oriented function.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills with senior management, regional legal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a legal function within a multinational environment.
• Ability to balance commercial goals with legal risk management.
