Cost Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting project and cost accounting activities across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Record, monitor and reconcile project‑related costs across projects and cost centres.
• Prepare project cost reports, perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and highlight significant cost variances.
• Support CAPEX, WIP, asset additions, capitalization activities and perform project cost and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist month‑end and year‑end closing, coordinating with Finance, Project and Procurement teams to resolve cost‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cost, project or financial accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and internal controls.
• Experience in sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Entertainment, Hospitality or Commercial Centres is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP/financial systems.
• Hands‑on experience with cost allocation, reconciliations and variance analysis.
