Cost Engineer – Saudi Nationals

About the role

We are seeking a Cost Engineer (Saudi Nationals) to join our team in Jeddah. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for design, engineering, and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates using Timberline and other estimating tools.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Track and report project costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost trends and potential savings.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent).
• National licensure or equivalent certification is beneficial.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cost Engineer in design, engineering, or construction.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah or the Western Province.
• Full‑time schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Timberline estimating software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
