Country Manager – Europe

About the role

The Country Manager (Europe) will lead the expansion of a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) business from its Saudi headquarters into European markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, build distributor networks, and drive commercial performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive European market entry and growth plan.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage distributor and retailer partnerships.
• Achieve regional sales targets and monitor commercial KPIs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other external events.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial operations or market expansion in the FMCG sector across Europe.
• Strong network and deep understanding of European distribution, retail, and route‑to‑market models.
• Track record of successfully launching new markets and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
