Country Manager

About the role

Mindfield Resources is seeking a commercially strong, hands‑on Country Manager to lead its consumer‑goods business in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving growth across all distribution channels while managing a large third‑party network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country’s go‑to‑market strategy, balancing modern and traditional trade.
• Own the full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, trade spend and forecasting.
• Manage and negotiate with key distributors, ensuring alignment with principal objectives.
• Lead a local team to deliver retail execution and monitor street‑level performance.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across the ecosystem.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive commercial or sales experience in the consumer‑goods sector.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi route‑to‑market dynamics, wholesale and retail execution.
• Proven ability to manage distributor economics and senior‑level negotiations.
• Experience working both as a principal and with distributors.
