Crane Technician (Mechanic) – Heavy Lift & Transportation

About the role

The company is seeking a Crane Technician (Mechanic) with solid experience in the heavy lift and transportation sector. The position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and involves maintaining a wide range of lifting and transport equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure equipment condition complies with standards and manufacturer instructions.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, inspection, prevention, renovation and modification tasks.
• Complete new‑build projects and work on various mechanical auxiliary equipment linked to power transmission systems.
• Prepare and sequence maintenance activities, verify required tools and spare parts.
• Apply safety requirements, health, sustainability and social wellbeing standards.
• Follow maintenance procedures using equipment manuals, technical schemes and work orders.
• Work with driver & control systems, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems; SPMT experience is a plus.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy lifting and transportation environments.
• Relevant safety training and certifications.
• Effective communication skills.
