CRM Manager

About the role

Reef Group, a leading Saudi fragrance company, is seeking a CRM Manager to own and evolve its customer relationship strategy. The role will drive acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty across all digital touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Design, implement and optimise customer journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and the mobile app.
• Create data‑driven segmentation models using behavioural and transactional data.
• Plan, launch and monitor multi‑channel CRM campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer insights, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce, Retail, Digital and Data teams to deliver personalised experiences.
• Manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Track and report on KPIs such as retention rate, repeat purchase rate, CLV, engagement and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management or loyalty programmes.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, HubSpot or Emarsys.
• Strong analytical ability to turn customer data into business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in Retail, Beauty, Luxury, FMCG or E‑commerce is a plus.
