CSU Engineer (Green Hydrogen / Ammonia)

About the role

The CSU Engineer will lead commissioning and start‑up activities for green hydrogen and ammonia facilities, as well as traditional oil & gas plants. You will ensure that all systems are safely brought online, meeting performance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commissioning and start‑up (CSU) tasks for hydrogen, ammonia, and oil & gas projects.
• Perform Mechanical Completion (MC) walkdowns, punch‑listing and clearance.
• Conduct leak testing and system integrity checks.
• Support compressor nitrogen (N₂) trials and pre‑start‑up activities.
• Carry out control system functional checks, including interlocks and cause‑and‑effect testing.
• Commission utilities such as air, nitrogen, water, and power.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure safe and efficient start‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CSU/Commissioning Engineer on oil & gas projects.
• Hands‑on experience with hydrogen or ammonia projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
