CTI Consultant – Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The CTI Consultant will lead independent cyber‑threat intelligence operations, delivering actionable insights that protect clients and internal assets. You will work closely with technical and executive audiences to translate complex threat data into practical defensive measures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct threat tracking, actor profiling, campaign analysis, and produce intelligence reports.
• Monitor global and regional threat landscapes to identify relevant risks.
• Develop and maintain intelligence workflows, repositories, and tracking mechanisms.
• Perform threat‑hunting using IOC, TTP, and behavioral analysis across SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Analyze malware and attacker infrastructure for attribution and operational understanding.
• Map adversary behavior to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and identify detection gaps.
• Support active incidents, including on‑call and after‑hours intelligence assistance.
• Contribute to CTI process maturity, reporting standards, and intelligence‑sharing practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, or security operations.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently under time‑sensitive and high‑pressure conditions.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of cyber‑threat intelligence methodologies and the intelligence lifecycle.
• Proficiency with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary TTP analysis.
• Experience with SIEM and EDR platforms, IOC management, and threat‑analysis workflows.
• Scripting/automation using Python and/or Bash.
• Version control using Git.
