Curriculum Lead (ASC & Primary SEN) – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Curriculum Lead to join a specialist school in Riyadh. The role focuses on children aged 3‑12 with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) and additional special educational needs, delivering a curriculum based on the British EYFS and National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of an innovative, clinically‑informed curriculum.
• Ensure high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across all year groups.
• Support, coach and manage teaching staff, providing strong leadership.
• Work with senior leadership to embed curriculum intent and monitor consistent delivery.
• Liaise with the Saudi Ministry of Education and other curriculum authorities for alignment and accreditation.
• Monitor curriculum impact, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Safeguard inclusion and uphold high standards of provision for all learners.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience in curriculum leadership or senior‑leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the British National Curriculum.
• Experience in special educational needs (SEN) or specialist education is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and curriculum design capabilities.
