Customer Development Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Development Consultant for Unilever Food Solutions, you will be the front‑line partner for chefs and food‑service operators across Saudi Arabia. You will help grow the customer base, deepen relationships and drive sales of our premium food‑service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new HORECA customers, focusing on chefs, restaurants, hotels and catering firms.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and expanding product usage.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Leverage Unilever’s AI‑powered customer experience tools to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with culinary and product teams to communicate trends and new offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to the commercial team.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of B2B sales experience, preferably in food‑service or HORECA.
• Strong passion for food, culinary trends and the ability to speak the language of chefs.
• Good financial understanding to build business cases for customers.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
