Customer Engagement Administrator

About the role

The Customer Engagement Administrator will shape and maintain the company’s digital presence, ensuring that all marketing and communication materials accurately reflect the brand, products, and capabilities. This role drives customer interaction across LinkedIn, the corporate website, and other digital channels while supporting events and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page, website content, and other digital communication platforms.
• Develop, write, and publish marketing content such as news releases, product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design and refresh corporate profiles, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other branded assets.
• Support customer‑engagement initiatives, exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a library of marketing assets and produce monthly reports on digital performance and activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn management, website content management, and graphic design tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong organizational abilities.
