About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist – Sales you will be the front‑line ambassador for Tesla in Dammam, engaging visitors at the store and events, capturing leads and guiding prospects through a seamless sales journey. You will help drive Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy by creating meaningful connections and supporting the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively greet and engage customers visiting the showroom or attending events to identify potential leads.
- Capture lead information accurately and maintain it in the CRM system, ensuring data completeness and regular updates.
- Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs, answering questions, and promoting test‑drive experiences.
- Execute lead‑capture strategies during events to maximise engagement and conversion.
- Present Tesla’s vehicles, solar panels and energy‑storage solutions, communicating their value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to align strategies, share insights and improve processes.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude that reflects Tesla’s brand values.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- In‑depth knowledge of Tesla’s product portfolio (vehicles, solar, storage).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for Tesla’s sustainability mission.
- Valid GCC driving licence.
Required skills
- CRM systems proficiency.
