Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will leverage your professional network to introduce an AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR and recruiting contacts in your network.
• Explain how the solution fits into hiring workflows and answer basic questions.
• Gather and relay feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
