About the role
Moqablah is seeking a full‑time Client Partner to join its Riyadh office. You will act as the primary liaison for organisations using Moqablah’s interview‑facilitation platform, helping them optimise hiring processes and achieve talent acquisition goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building long‑term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Understand client hiring needs, advise on talent strategies, and design targeted outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver interview facilitation services and monitor project performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, present solutions, and negotiate agreements.
- Track key metrics, conduct regular check‑ins, and implement continuous improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience with proven client‑retention success.
- Strong sales background, including pipeline management, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Project‑management capabilities such as planning, prioritisation, and cross‑team coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
- Experience in recruitment, HR‑tech, staffing, or talent‑solutions environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
