Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Strategic Accounts

About the role

Ingenero Technologies is looking for a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to lead strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its key clients, ensuring high‑level engagement, project success, and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with strategic customers, serving as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders.
• Align Ingenero’s engineering and digital solutions with client business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering and project delivery teams to monitor progress, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for repeat business, cross‑selling, and upselling.
• Lead executive reviews, customer meetings, and represent Ingenero at workshops and industry events.
• Gather market intelligence and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in project management, engineering consulting, and strategic account development within process industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and a solid technical understanding of process engineering services.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering, delivery, and senior business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
