Customer Representative – CVS Line (Riyadh)

About the role

Organon is seeking a motivated Customer Representative to join its CVS line sales team in Riyadh. You will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, delivering product information, clinical training, and support to help improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Close direct sales of pharmaceutical products to meet individual and team targets.
• Create, monitor, and adjust lead‑generation plans to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers across the Riyadh territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Riyadh.
• Saudi national, based in Riyadh.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and committed to ethics and compliance.
