Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. The role involves handling inquiries and requests across phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and professional support for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and manage messages and comments on the company’s social media accounts.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and customer requests.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or management.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, complaints, and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Update customer information and case details in relevant systems.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback for service improvement.
• Prepare basic service reports and support administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or similar roles.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
