Customer Service Coordinator – Remote

About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join its fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat and other approved channels, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and other communication platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer records in CRM and spreadsheets.
• Monitor tickets, follow‑up activities and coordinate issues with internal teams.
• Provide status updates to customers and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Process forms, documents and administrative trackers.
• Prepare basic reports, summaries and correspondence.
• Protect confidential customer and company information in line with privacy policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑working environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience with CRM or customer‑support platforms.
• Email and chat support systems.
• Ticketing or help‑desk software.
