Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Join Aggreko in Riyadh as a Customer Service Specialist, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the equipment hire lifecycle. You will ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with sales, operations, credit control, billing and hire coordination teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer relationship from order placement to off‑hire, setting expectations and communicating changes.
• Lead and support the Customer Service team to complete all tasks accurately and on time, providing regular updates to management.
• Oversee departmental dashboards, BTT and reports to meet established KPIs.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and other channels promptly, adhering to touch‑point standards.
• Resolve reactive queries, breakdowns, complaints and order issues by liaising with relevant internal teams.
• Support sales by processing new orders, change orders and post‑order activities, ensuring smooth integration into the M3 system.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in Salesforce and create standard on‑hire/off‑hire documentation in the Share Drive.
• Coordinate with Credit Control for approvals, update order changes in Salesforce, and track estimated end‑of‑hire dates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or contract administration experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for order and customer management.
• Experience using the M3 ERP system.
