About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will act as a product and wellness consultant, helping customers choose the right supplements while supporting the overall brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, social media channels and our e‑commerce platforms.
- Recommend appropriate products and routines based on individual customer needs.
- Write and adapt customer‑facing content in both Arabic and English.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, community engagement and other brand activities.
- Collect and share recurring customer feedback to improve products and communication.
- Represent the brand’s tone and values in every interaction.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
- Genuine interest in wellness, beauty or consumer brands.
