Customer Solutions Consultant

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to help clients achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging sales, engineering, and support to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between Sales and Product during the sales cycle, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Develop deep knowledge of Unifonic’s conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Participate in sales meetings to capture customer pain points, requirements, and business goals.
• Create and deliver product demos, pilots, and proof‑of‑concepts that showcase value.
• Escalate and resolve technical issues, providing best‑practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Collect and relay client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Engineering.
• Hand off won deals to the Customer Success team with clear context.
• Support Account Management on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with technical input.

Required profile

• Proven success in sales or solution consulting, with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to influence strategic direction and engage with CXOs and technology decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
