Customer Success Account Manager Intern – Ru’aa Program

About the role

Microsoft’s Ru’aa Program offers a six‑month paid internship for Saudi nationals. As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) Intern you will support customers in adopting Microsoft technology, understand their industry context and act as the primary post‑sales contact.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers’ industry and business processes, including sectors such as Banking, Healthcare or Manufacturing.
• Promote technology adoption by demonstrating advanced product features and ensuring best‑practice usage.
• Serve as the main point of contact in a post‑sales environment and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in on‑the‑job shadowing, mentorship and coaching sessions while supporting digital transformation projects.
• Attend advanced trainings on AI, Machine Learning and Cloud Computing.

Required profile

• Saudi national interested in early‑career experience in technology and customer success.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program.
• Motivated to acquire Microsoft technical certifications.
