Customer Success Specialist – Food Science (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This remote position is ideal for a customer‑focused professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships while supporting businesses in regulated food‑science industries. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey, providing consultative guidance, coordinating projects, and ensuring an outstanding client experience from inquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound web and phone inquiries and serve as the main contact for customers.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand objectives and recommend appropriate laboratory testing, labeling, and related services.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals, guiding qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Coordinate onboarding, project timelines, status updates, report delivery, and post‑project follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep laboratory testing and labeling projects aligned with customer commitments.
• Monitor project progress, address questions, resolve routine billing inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM and project‑management systems.
• Identify opportunities for additional services while maintaining a trusted‑advisor relationship.
• Contribute customer feedback and process‑improvement ideas.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, consultative inside sales, business development, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, sales opportunities, and concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and a customer‑centric attitude.
