Customer Success Specialist

About the role

The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with GE’s customers in Riyadh to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using our solutions. You will support the customer success team, monitor account health, and help drive adoption and value throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Customer Success Managers and analysts in managing their customer portfolios.
• Monitor and report on the health of assigned accounts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring smooth implementation and early value realization.
• Analyze key performance indicators for accounts and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM discipline, OR at least two years of experience in software/high‑tech marketing, commercial operations, sales, service, or a direct customer‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on delivering value to customers.
• Ability to work independently, follow defined processes, and adapt to exceptions.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, and Knowledge.
• Technical aptitude for data analysis, problem solving, and presenting findings.
