Customer Support Representative – Aftersales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused representative to join the Aftersales team of Al Futtaim Automotive in Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for parts and service enquiries, you will ensure timely support, build strong relationships and help drive parts and service sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers requesting parts, service, and aftermarket support.
• Conduct regular field visits, follow‑ups and scheduled calls to maintain customer coverage.
• Develop and nurture relationships by understanding customer requirements, buying trends and service needs.
• Identify sales opportunities for parts, service contracts, preventive maintenance and other aftermarket solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (parts, service, workshop, sales, technical support) to fulfil customer requests efficiently.
• Prepare and present quotations, estimates and service updates in collaboration with the branch team.
• Monitor parts and service requirements to ensure timely delivery and job completion.
• Maintain accurate customer data, call reports and sales activity records using CRM or relevant systems.
• Support achievement of sales, gross profit, market share and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and Health, Safety & Environment procedures.

Required profile

• College degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing, Business, Automotive, Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, aftersales, parts or service operations.
• Previous experience as a sales or customer support representative is an advantage.
• Technical background or exposure to heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, construction equipment or machinery is preferred.
