CVM / Segmentation Head – Customer Value Management

About the role

We are looking for a senior CVM / Segmentation Head to own the end‑to‑end customer value management strategy for a leading retail‑banking client in the MENA region. The role sits at the crossroads of commercial strategy, data‑driven decision making and senior stakeholder leadership, driving acquisition, cross‑sell, retention and win‑back initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full customer lifecycle strategy – acquisition, cross‑sell, retention and win‑back.
• Set, monitor and report on KPIs related to customer value, engagement and revenue performance.
• Design commercial levers such as pricing, offers and incentives to maximise revenue and customer profitability.
• Lead campaign design, A/B testing and uplift modelling to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks that enable personalised, targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data/Analytics, Product and Finance to align on priorities and drive execution.
• Manage senior‑level stakeholder relationships, presenting strategy, results and recommendations.
• Build and mentor a team responsible for delivering CVM initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in CVM, growth strategy or customer lifecycle management, preferably within retail banking.
• Proven track record in pricing and revenue optimisation.
• Strong experience owning commercial levers and end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership or people‑management experience.
