Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

Alstom is looking for a Cybersecurity Architect to strengthen the security and resilience of its critical transport systems. You will work closely with engineering, project management and IT teams to design, implement and validate robust cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and supervision for project and program teams.
• Participate in design reviews and support engineering teams with cybersecurity implementation challenges.
• Ensure consistent cybersecurity implementation in line with governance policies.
• Define architecture and design principles, conduct risk analysis and maintain asset inventories.
• Plan, specify and execute penetration tests, vulnerability scans and other security assessments.
• Select, design and create tools needed for testing and perform tests on targeted systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM or CEH.
• Understanding of cybersecurity risk analysis and management.
• Knowledge of security architecture and design principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to stay current with emerging threats and adapt to a dynamic environment.
