Cybersecurity & BCM Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity & Business Continuity Management (BCM) Project Manager to lead and deliver projects that comply with Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations. The role will be based in Riyadh and will involve overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with ISO 22301 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and BCM projects in accordance with SAMA regulations.
• Manage enterprise BCM programmes, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
• Coordinate and conduct disaster‑recovery exercises and testing activities.
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, budget and timeline.
• Manage stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Track risks, issues and mitigation plans across all projects.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 22301 and other relevant standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project‑management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or BCM.
• Proven experience with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) implementation.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and vendor management capabilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 22301, CISM.
