Cybersecurity Defense & Assurance Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity Defense & Assurance Manager will lead the organization’s threat monitoring, incident response, and security assurance programs. This senior position ensures that emerging threats are identified, analyzed, and mitigated quickly while continuously improving the company’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee threat monitoring and detection, ensuring timely identification of new threats.
• Lead incident response teams to contain, eradicate, and recover from cyber incidents.
• Manage and enhance threat intelligence feeds, closing information gaps.
• Drive proactive threat hunting using behavior analytics and threat intelligence.
• Direct digital forensics investigations to support response and recovery.
• Plan and execute VAPT, Red Teaming, and configuration reviews across all assets.
• Communicate security findings and business impact to leadership and IT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on defense and assurance.
• Strong analytical, risk‑based decision‑making and crisis management capabilities.
