Cybersecurity Specialist – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to support the Royal Commission of Riyadh City (RCRC) in securing the Riyadh Metro project. The role focuses on ensuring that all cyber‑security measures meet the stringent requirements set by the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and the Kingdom’s Cybersecurity Controls.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that the Riyadh Metro’s cyber‑security posture complies with NCA standards and Saudi Vision 2030 directives.
• Collaborate with RCRC, contractors and other stakeholders to implement security controls across the metro infrastructure.
• Configure, monitor and maintain firewalls and related security devices.
• Manage network technologies such as MPLS, VPN and wireless networking to protect data flows.
• Administer domain structures, user authentication mechanisms and digital signature solutions.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience.
• Strong exposure to cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in network technologies (MPLS, VPN, wireless).
• Deep understanding of IT security procedures, firewall theory and configuration.
• Knowledge of NIST SP800‑53 and related security frameworks.
