Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join JD Logistics’ data intelligence team. The analyst will support the company’s logistics and supply‑chain operations by turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools.
• Clean and correct corrupted data, fixing coding errors and related issues.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems and dashboards, reorganising data into readable formats.
• Analyse data quality and meaning, filtering reports and performance indicators to spot problems.
• Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, trends and predictive signals in complex datasets.
• Assign numerical values to key business functions to enable performance assessment over time.
• Prepare management reports that highlight trends, patterns and forecasts based on relevant data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience organising data from diverse domains such as sales, market research, logistics or linguistics.
