Data Analyst

About the role

Masterworks is looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance. You will work closely with multiple departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to evaluate performance and trends.
• Develop analytical reports and interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to identify data requirements and provide customized analyses.
• Perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to forecast future trends.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities based on data insights.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Maintain data governance, integrity, and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (at least 1 month of experience).
• Saudi nationality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
