Data Management Consultant – 12‑Month Contract in Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Consultant to join a 12‑month on‑site contract in Riyadh. This senior position will lead the design and implementation of regulatory frameworks and operating models that support data governance, compliance, and AI governance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regulatory frameworks covering Data Governance, Compliance Management, Data Access, and AI Governance.
• Design standard operating models, including revenue‑sharing, pricing, revenue, and fee structures.
• Enhance and create AI‑related policies to align with emerging regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain key registries such as Data Governance Approval Registry, Version Control Registry, Integration Registry, and Agreement Registry.
• Collaborate with the Process Improvement Department to drive business process improvements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or regulatory consulting.
• Strong background in AI governance and policy development.
• Proven experience designing operational and pricing/revenue models.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh for the full contract duration.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
