Data Scienist

About the role

Masterworks is looking for a Data Scienist to join its analytics team in Saudi Arabia. You will work with both structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data sets to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Design, develop, and maintain statistical models and machine‑learning algorithms using Python and R.
• Build and monitor data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Create clear visualizations and reports that translate complex findings into business value.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct A/B tests, hypothesis testing, and other experimental designs as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience (junior level).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
